Preparation for the project was carried out during January 2024, working alongside Devon Building Control.

There were a number of different stages carried out during the project:

  1. We carefully removed the existing asbestos sheets. (A certificate was then issued for the removal and disposal.)
  2. Fitted new rafters.
  3. Felted and battened the roof.
  4. Fitted hooks for a new solar system.
  5. Chimney work (Lead Flashings).
  6. Slated and ridged the roof.
  7. Fitted a new fascia, along with gutters and downpipes.
  8. Removed all waste from site.

The project was completed within a month, on time and on budget.
