Firstly, we removed the asbestos roofing slate, felt and battens.

Then, we upgraded the loft insulation, fitted new roof felt and battens along with man-made slates and new roof lead flashings.

We finished the roof off with a dry ridge roofing system, cleaned the gutters and downpipes and removed waste from the site.

Building control then visited the site, and signed the roof replacement off.
